Our Services

Although we offer flat-rate pricing options, we know that no two people are the same, so each service is carefully tailored to fit your life, your family, and your values.

Estate Planning

Estate planning is about making sure the people and causes you love are cared for no matter what life brings. We work with you to understand your family, your goals, and your values, then build a plan that fits your life today and grows with you through every chapter.

Basic documents include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.

Elder Law

Elder law focuses on the legal and practical questions that come with aging. Whether you're planning ahead for yourself or helping a parent navigate a transition, we work with you to make these decisions feel less overwhelming. We help families understand their options clearly and make thoughtful choices before a crisis forces rushed ones. With the right plan in place, aging can be a chapter of security rather than uncertainty.

Areas of focus include long-term care, MassHealth (Medicaid) eligibility, and preserving independence and dignity.

Family Mediation

Family mediation offers a calmer, more collaborative path through disagreements. Instead of positioning family members against one another, mediation brings everyone to the same table with a neutral guide focused on solutions rather than sides. As mediator, we help families communicate openly, understand each other's concerns, and reach agreements that preserve the relationships you want to keep.

Areas of dispute include inheritance, caregiving responsibilities, family businesses, and planning for a loved one's future.

Probate Administration

Probate is the court-supervised process of settling an estate. We guide personal representatives and families through each step of the probate process with patience and clarity, handling the legal details so you can focus on your family. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, honoring your loved one's wishes along the way.

Areas of administration include validating the will, paying debts, and distributing property to heirs.

Young Adult Planning

Once you turn 18, even in an emergency, family can no longer automatically access your medical information, speak with your doctors, or step in on financial matters. We help you start adulthood with independence and the peace of mind of knowing you've chosen who can help if you ever need it.

Documents include a health care proxy, HIPAA authorization, and durable power of attorney.

Adoption

Families are built in many beautiful ways. For LGBTQIA+ parents and modern families, adoption isn't just a formality; it's the legal recognition that secures your relationship with your child in every state and every circumstance, no matter how your family began.

Adoption includes second-parent adoption, co-parent adoption, stepparent adoption, and adoptions following surrogacy or assisted reproduction.
